Issue/Introduction

Transit Gateway (VTGW) flows fail to appear in the VCF Operations for Networks dashboard. This occurs when the collector fetcher fails to process certain network configurations during route table retrieval.

Dashboard not showing the SDDC in Overview:

Null pointer exception can be seen while fetching route tables in the Collector logs located in /var/log/arkin/collector similar to the entries below:

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 6.14.3
VCF Operations for Networks 6.14.2

Cause

A defect in the route tables API fetcher prevents the retrieval of Transit Gateway attachments.

Resolution

This is a known issue impacting VCF Operations for Networks (Formerly Aria Operations for Networks)

Additional Information

Validate if the flows are of type 'SDDC to native VPC in AWS' and if so both the source and destination data sources need to be added to VCF Operations for Networks. Please refer to this VMware Transit Connect Support in VMware Aria Operations for Networks documentation.
