Issue/Introduction

Creating a RACF account through IDM and LDAP Server, gets error message
IRR52127I Field level access checking failed for segment OMVS

Resolution

Ensure that the user has authorization to the OMVS profile fields if RACF is
Protecting the resources at field level.

The ID had the following access in the field class when the command failed

Class Profile name Access
FIELD USER.CICS.* ALTER 
FIELD USER.OMVS.* ALTER 
FIELD USER.TSO.* ALTER 
FIELD USER.WORKATTR.* ALTER 


Gave the ID update access to the following more explicit profiles that were defined with UACC(NONE) 
FIELD USER.OMVS.HOME UPDATE 
FIELD USER.OMVS.PROGRAM UPDATE 
FIELD USER.OMVS.UID UPDATE
