vulnerability reported due to Kernel Version issue

Issue/Introduction

We found out that one particular machine somehow has lower kernal version than all other machines where no issues were reported. This machine has kernel version of 6.1.0-38-amd64 where as all other machine has 6.1.0-43-amd64 .

can you please help on how we can get this machine to the same kernel version? have attached screenshot as well

Cause

At some point a copy off a disk from another system was added and the bootloader got mixed up due to the duplicate labels .

Resolution

Replacing this virtial machine with a new created one from OVA .
