VCFA upgrade to 9.1 failed on Platform Health Check VCFMS-HEALTH-002

Issue/Introduction

 Attempt of upgrade VCFA to 9.1 fails with the error with the stage: "Step vmsp_upgrade_vcfa failed. Reference Code: EAA8AFCD. Check logs for details."

The precheck may complete but after the failed upgrade we see: "Platform Health Check Error [vksm-services-prelude-pods-core : no resources found] [VCFMS-HEALTH-002]".

Environment

VCFA 9.0.2

Cause

This can happen due to source VCFA 9.0.2 machines moved in vCenter Inventory to a different folder from which it was deployed to.

Resolution

Broadcom is currently aware of this issue and investigation is in progress
Please raise the ticket with Broadcom Support Team to get this fixed.
