Issue/Introduction

 

Problem:

Receiving error: E131015 job test123 was not found in job flow memory model but was collected in WCC. It could mean problem in communication between nodes HA cluster.

 

Environment:

Workload Control Center 11.4.x

Workload Automation AE 11.3.x

Platform - ANY

Database - ANY

 

Workaround:

Restarting the Workload Control Center services will allow access to the job as the job flow memory model will be rebuilt upon startup.
