Requested by field displays numeric ID in Sensor update status page - Carbon Black Cloud

Issue/Introduction

In the Carbon Black Cloud console, the Requested by field on the Sensor Update status page displays a 5-digit numeric value instead of the administrator’s name or email address. This prevents the identification of the user who initiated the sensor update.

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect in the Sensor Update Service.

Resolution

This issue is a known product defect.

The fix was deployed in production on 11th June 2026.
