PDF option still available even after disabling with PGP Encryption Cloud Server policy

Issue/Introduction

After requesting the enablement of the PGP Encryption Cloud Server for a specific domain, the configuration changes do not appear to take effect, or the encryption option is missing from the policy actions despite being provisioned.

Cause

This behavior is typically caused by a caching delay between the provisioning of the policy and the UI.

Resolution

To resolve this synchronization or caching issue, refresh the browser page (F5) to synchronize the UI with the provisioned policy.
