Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1

Cause

Mismatch between the vCenter FQDN and the FQDN stored in the issuing CA. 

When signing the VCF Operations for networks (VRNI) certificate, we verify that is signed correctly by checking the issuer. However, the vCenter address saved in the db is with lower case, but the issuer is with capital case.
