When running the VCF Installer 9.0 validation, the process fails with the following error related to cluster configuration:
cluster <Cluster-name>: Cluster is not vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) image basedRemediation: Please make sure cluster is vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) image basedVCF 9.0
VCF 9.0 requires clusters to be managed using vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) Images rather than the legacy Baselines (VUM) method.
This validation error occurs because the target cluster is still configured to use baselines, which is incompatible with the VCF 9.0 installation requirements.
To resolve this issue, you must convert the cluster or the hosts from using baselines to using vSphere Lifecycle Manager images.
Steps to Convert Baselines to Images:
After the cluster has been successfully transitioned to vLCM images, re-run the VCF Installer validation.
