Unwanted emails bypass scan when released from spam Quarantine portal

This article explains the product design when an email is released from the spam Quarantine portal.

Resolution

By design, Email Security.cloud product when an email is Quarantined by one of these services : Data protection, Anti-spam , Image control or Impersonation control , once the email is released from the Spam Quarantine portal , the release action will bypass all these services and the mail will be delivered to either the intended recipient or Quarantine Administrator.

NOTE: The release of emails and to which email ID depend on your Administrator's selected options under   Dashboard > Platform > User Quarantine Settings
