Dashboard "Failed Jobs" Widget Fails to Load for EEM Users

Issue/Introduction

On the Dashboard under the System Overview tab, the Failed jobs in the last one hour widget does not load data for EEM (Embedded Entitlements Manager) users.

• Expected Behavior: The widget should successfully load and display job statistics for all authenticated users, regardless of their authentication type.

• Actual Behavior: The widget hangs or fails to populate for EEM-authenticated users, though it loads perfectly normal for internal AAI users.

Cause

This issue is identified as a product defect tracked under ID: DE194778.

 

Resolution

This issue is fixed from AAI version 24.4.1, which has been released.
