Report image processing failed: delete - DMS service error occurred

Issue/Introduction

Report can not be published after deleting a source image widget is deleted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. MUX Reporting > Report Designer
2. Create a new report
3. Add Widgets > Image widget
4. Add an image to the widget
5. Hoover over the image > Click on Copy to Clipboard
6. Right click outside the Widget and click Paste
7. Hoover over the image > Click Delete
8. Click on Publish

Expected Results: The report to be published.
Actual Results: You get an error: Report image processing failed: delete - DMS service error occurred. Report: RPT1234 (ID: 5003011). Failed to delete image: eyJyZXNvdXJjZUlkIjo1MDAzMDExLCJ2ZXJzaW9uSWQiOjUwMTI1MTksInJlc291cmNlTmFtZSI6Im9kZl9yZXBvcnQiLCJmaWxlSWQiOjUwMTI1MTh9

Once you hit the error, the report can not be published and becomes unusable. You will need to recreate the report from scratch
