TDM docker portal Error 404 on Connection Profile page

Issue/Introduction

You see a "Request failed with status code 404" error when you navigate to the Connection Profile page in the portal. This occurs even when the database is healthy and reachable from other components.

Connection profile manager log:

[Catalina-utility-2       ] --- [U:][M:][P:]              o.h.e.j.e.i.JdbcEnvironmentInitiator:  HHH000342: Could not obtain connection to query metadata
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host ######, port #### has failed. Error: "Connect timed out. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall."

Resolution

The problem fixed by restarting tdmweb pod.
