Enable Autotrack Job Imports in iDash Admin Tool

Issue/Introduction

Users may find that Autotrack data (such as job definition changes and audit history) from the Autosys instance is not appearing in iDash. This occurs when the auto-import feature for Autotrack is not enabled within the iDash configuration.

 

Resolution

To allow Autotrack job imports to flow into iDash, you must enable the specific auto-import setting within the iDash Admin Tool.

Steps to Enable Autotrack Import
1. Log in to the iDash Admin Tool.
2. Navigate to the Autosys Instances section.
3. Select the specific Autosys Instance from the list that you wish to configure.
4. Locate the Auto Import settings or Archive Data Settings.
5. Find the option for Autotrack (or Audit Data) and ensure it is checked/enabled.
6. Save the changes by clicking the disk/save icon.
