Bulk update through Grid dragging not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to 16.4.x, the ability to update multiple cells through the "drag" feature isn't working as expected, and the way it worked in 16.3.3.

 

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Log into Clarity and open the Project Grid
2. Edit an attribute in the grid.
3. Directly after editing, click the square in the lower right corner to drag down the rows.

Expected Results: 
This should bulk update the attribute in all selected rows

Actual Results:
It looks like you should be able to drag the rows, but it doesn't actually work. If you click off the cell it still doesn't work. If you select a different cell, and then click back to the original cell it will work.

Resolution

This is resolved in Clarity 16.4.3

Workaround: 
Clicking to a completely different cell, and then going back to the original cell will allow you to drag and bulk update.
