Issue/Introduction
You can add an ESX host to an SDDC cluster using the vSphere Client from the Management vCenter UI as explained in the documentation Add an ESX Host to an SDDC Cluster in a VCF Domain In the vSphere Client, browse to the vSphere cluster in the inventory. Select the vSphere cluster and click Actions >Add Hosts >Add Unassigned Hosts. Select the host to add to the vSphere cluster and click Next. You can view both vDS and NSX networking configuration on the cluster. Each vDS has two uplinks in it, and you can assign any free VMNICs on the host to the existing uplinks on the vDS. Click Next. Review the host, switch configuration, and license details and click Finish.
However, Add Unassigned Hosts option is not available the Workload Domain vCenter
