404 Not Found error when running Orchestrator workflows in vCD Service Library

Issue/Introduction

• Getting 404 error when trying to run automation.
• You have configured a workflow in the vCD Service Library, but when opened, you get an error simitar to this:
  "[ ########-####-####-############ ] 404 Not Found: [no body]
• The workflow runs when triggered directly in Orchestrator

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1
• Aria Orchestrator 8.18.x

Cause

The VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Plug-in for VMware Cloud Director is not installed or has not been configured.

Resolution

Ensure that the VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Plug-in for VMware Cloud Director has been installed and is properly configured as per Install the VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Plug-in for VMware Cloud Director
