Within VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), the NSX cluster displays as "Not Available" under Services in the management domain of the SDDC Manager UI.
The /var/log/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/operationsmanager.log records the following connection failures:
YYYY-MM-DDT:HH:MM:SS.###+0000 DEBUG [vcf_om,################################,####] [c.v.v.c.n.s.c.c.ApiConnection,om-exec-25] Created ApiClient connection to: #################

SDDC Manager 5.x
SDDC Manager could not log into the NSX Manager due to an incorrect password or a locked account.
Because of this login failure, SDDC Manager marked the NSX Manager with an ERROR status in its internal database, causing it to display as "Not Available" in the user interface.
To resolve this issue, the NSX entry must be changed to "ACTIVE" in the SDDC Manager database.
