OS400, PeopleSoft, and DB2 ZOS endpoint types missing in Provisioning Manager - Symantec IGA 15.0

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to manage endpoints in Provisioning Manager, certain endpoint technologies are not visible in the dropdown list.

Symptoms

• OS400 technology is missing from the Endpoint Type list.
• PeopleSoft technology is missing from the Endpoint Type list.
• DB2 ZOS technology is missing from the Endpoint Type list.
• The issue occurs in Identity Manager 15.0 (specifically fixpack6).

Environment

• Symantec IGA 15.0
• Identity Manager Provisioning Manager

Cause

This is a known defect where specific endpoint types are not correctly populated in the Provisioning Managerinterface.

Resolution

Fixed in release IGA 15.0 SP1 and higher. See Download Broadcom products and software for steps to download this release.

Workaround: If an upgrade is not immediately possible, use the following steps:

1. Log in to the Identity Manager User Console.
2. Navigate to Endpoints > Create Endpoint.
3. Select the required technology (OS400, PeopleSoft, or DB2 ZOS) from the console.
