Unable to view configuration history for Ericsson Minilink devices (Crash on MemoryInformation)

Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to view the Device Configuration Set (DCS) history for Ericsson Minilink devices. When clicking the History tab, the client-side application crashes or fails to load the revision history.

Environment

Smarts NCM version 25.4.1 and higher.

Cause

The History tab logic fetches all units marked as revisionable. For Ericsson Minilink devices, the MemoryInformation unit is set to revisionable="true" in the package configuration. However, the client-side factory lacks a corresponding handler for this specific unit type, leading to an unhandled exception and crash.

Resolution

This issue is officially resolved in Release 25.4.9.0. Customers experiencing this crash are advised to upgrade to this version or a later release.
