Issue/Introduction

You need to upgrade or install a different version of SQL Server Management Studio and need to validate any compatibility issues if you upgrade.

Environment

• DCS 6.9+
• DCS 6.10+

Resolution

• DCS compatibility is tied to the SQL Server version, SQL Management Studio is simply a client tool for the database.
• DCS doesn't directly interact with SQL Management Studio.
• As long as the SQL Server and SQL Management Studio are compatible, there are no issues with any version.
