Property fields with combo boxes with lookup instead of searching in a list

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible for the property fields to have combo boxes with lookup instead of searching in a list?

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.x

Cause

Product Limitation

Resolution

After internal testing and consulting with the Service Desk Engineering team, unfortunately it does not appear that it is possible for property fields to have combo boxes with lookup.

The main reason being is because property fields use some very simple HTML elements and cannot take advantage of the PDM Macros.

Please submit an enhancement idea for consideration in a future CA Service Desk Manager release.
