VCF Identity Broker (VIDB) upgrade precheck fails in VCF Operations at Platform Health Check

Environment

• VCF Identity Broker (VIDB) 9.0.x
• VCF Operations 9.1.0

Cause

The VIDB 9.0.x worker nodes were storage vMotioned to resolve a previous pre-check failure which resulted in an inconsistent state for the VIDB package deployment in the VCF Management Services Platform.
