Error: "Sync timeout for replication 'C4 ID" after replacing certificates

Issue/Introduction

• When performing a manual sync in VMware Cloud Director Availability (VCDA), below error is reported:
  
  "Sync timeout for replication 'C4-########-####-####-####-############'. "
  
  
• The Tunnel, Manager and Replicator certificates are updated.

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.5

Cause

This issue occurs due to the order in which the VCDA sites are repaired.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, the correct order is as follows when the Tunnel, Manager and Replicator certificates are updated:

1. Repair the Manager with the Replicator:  Replace the SSL certificate of the Manager Service
2. Repair the Tunnel with the Cloud Site: Replace the SSL certificate of the Tunnel Service
3. Cross Repair both the VCDA Sites: Re-pair Cloud Director sites
