First Load of a Section which is hidden through a rule fails to show the attributes.

Issue/Introduction

When a section hidden through a rule appears first time on the page, the attributes under the section don't appear until a refresh of the browser is done.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity.
2. Create a Boolen Attribute as "Attribute Boolean" on Project object with API Alias.
3. Navigate to Modern UX -> Administration -> Blueprints -> Project Blueprints.
4. Add a Section called "Rule Based Section" and add few attributes to this sections.
5. Add a Rule with Rule Type "View Page", Match Filters "Attribute Boolean != Yes", Actions "Hide Sections = Rule Based Section".
6. Publish the Blueprint and attach it to a Project.
7. Navigate to the Project and check "Attribute Boolean"
