Issue/Introduction

Configured APMIA Office 365 extension and observed no metrics appearing.

Resolution

Required Permissions

To ensure the extension can successfully retrieve data, you must configure the following Microsoft Graph permissions in your Azure tenant:

• ServiceHealth.Read.All (Required for accessing service health overviews)
• GroupMember.Read.All
• Group.Read.All

Note that older permissions like ServiceHealth.Read under the "Office365 Management APIs" are insufficient for the new Graph API-based extension
