Tanzu Hub only shows up to 10 App Instances for applications using more than 10 AIs

Issue/Introduction

• In Tanzu Hub 10.4 and 10.4.1, applications utilizing more than 10 Application Instances will only display 10 AIs.
• This can be seen on the Apps > select an App that uses more than 10 AIs > Overview tab > App Instances dashboard:

This will be resolved in the second patch release of Tanzu Hub 10.4
