With use of RMOPARM EXTSEC=(UNIQUE,LIMIT), for external security with CA Deliver:

 . Locate the active set of ACF2 rules applicable to CA Deliver, with Resource Type prefix of "DLV@".

 . Add a rule, beyond READ access, of "DLV@DIST", ACF2 Type DDI (Distribution IDs).

 . Add a rule, beyond READ access, of "DLV@JOB", ACF2 Type DJB (Jobs).
