Unfortunately, at the current time (June 2026), CA 2E does not have the capability to call external APIs.

This feature enhancement on is the roadmap for a future CA 2E release.

This CA 2E Web Option enhancement is currently planned for 2E 8.9 release, with an ETA around late October 2027 (subject to change).

This request aligns with the existing CA 2E REST Web Service consumption feature currently on the CA 2E roadmap.
