Issue/Introduction

Ellipses on Long Labels are no longer available especially for Boolean Attributes after upgrade to 16.4.2

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity Classic UI -> Administration -> Objects -> Project.
2. Create a Boolean attribute with the Name "Test Boolean Making Long Text Making it more longer"
3. Add an API ID.
4. Navigate to MUX -> Administration -> Blueprints -> Copy the Project Blueprint. On the Details Pane add this Boolean attribute.
5. Make the Real Estate of this attribute smaller (height and width as 1), so that the text is trimmed
6. Publish the blueprint and Assign this to a project.
7. Navigate to the Project's Details tab.

Expected Results :- The Label should show (...) at the end of the text indicated trimmed text
Actual Results :- The Label is just trimmed off.
