Issue/Introduction

This Article describes a scenario when Email Quarantine Portal is not displaying Newsletters, Compliance, or Impersonation Control emails.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

Email Quarantine portal cannot intercept emails for quarantine unless the appropriate policies have been configured in the Email Security.cloud administration portal, which is separate from the Email Quarantine Portal.
 
1 - To quarantine NewsLetters, the Email Security.cloud administrator must navigate to
 Dashboard > Services > Email Services > Anti-Spam > Newsletter/Marketing Detection
and configure the service to quarantine the mail.
 
2 - To quarantine Compliance emails, the Email Security.cloud administrator must navigate to
Dashboard > Services > Email Services > Image Control
(for images) and
Dashboard > Services > Data Protection 
(for data) and configure the services to quarantine the mail.
 
3 - To quarantine Email Impersonation Control emails, the Email Security.cloud administrator must navigate to
Dashboard > Services > Email Services > Email Impersonation Control Settings
  and configure the service to quarantine the mail.
 
NOTE: under Dashboard > Platform > User Quarantine Settings Administrator must ensure to select  :  Users can view quarantined messages in Email Quarantine interface and summary notifications for the following services
