Removing or commenting out this library (e.g., XX DD DSN=####.CA.IMSTOOLS.####.CIMTLOAD,DISP=SHR), could cause the following consequences:

1. Feature Loss: Specific functionalities like Online Reorg processing and CCM message logging are disabled.
2. System Instability: The risk of encountering initialization errors or system abends within the IMS control region.
