vCenter administration password is not updating in Fleet Management UI after SDDC Manager change

Issue/Introduction
When updating the VCF-integrated vCenter administrator password (administrative@vsphere.local) via SDDC Manager 9.0.x, the Fleet Management UI locker fails to reflect the change and shows the old password.
Environment
VCF Operations 9.0.x
Resolution
To manage vCenter Server passwords that are integrated into VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), you must use the SDDC Manager Password Management engine.
The Fleet Management UI should not be used for password management.
