OWB Error "Unable to open the project. You do not have sufficient rights to view one or more subprojects"

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open a project in Open Workbench (OWB), you are receiving the following error:

"Unable to open the project. You do not have sufficient rights to view one or more subprojects".

Environment

Any supported Clarity release.

Cause

Not enough rights to open one specific project in the project hierarchy (project, subproject, sub-subproject...).

Resolution

When opening a project with subprojects in OWB, you need to have enough rights to open all projects in the structure (not just the main project, but also all the subprojects). This should be applied to all subproject levels (a subproject may have subprojects as well), not just the first two project levels.
