VMware Tanzu for Apache Kafka tile doesn't show all the installation settings

Issue/Introduction

During the installation of VMware Tanzu for Apache Kafka tile, after staging, you will see only the following two options to configure 



Remaining Configurations like setting the AZ and other options won't be shown.

Environment

VMware Tanzu for Apache Kafka 

VMware Tanzu Platform 

Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry

Cause

This can happen if the Kubernetes Provider is not imported.

Resolution

Navigate to the Foundation Core UI, Manage ->Kubernetes Provider-> Import Kubernetes Provider, upload the Kubernetes Provider which you have downloaded from Broadcom Support Portal.

Once the provider is uploaded select the type of provider from the Staged Kubernetes Provider dropdown from the same section. You can choose between Embedded or VKS as below:

Once its completed you can reload/restage the kafka tile and that should populate all the configuration pane.
