wcc_config program gives error "E190652 - Error trying to communicate with Configuration remote service"

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to run wcc_config.sh to change eiamadmin password results in an error:

"E190652 - Error trying to communicate with Configuration remote service"

Resolution

• $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/data/config/application/config/resources/internal-componentURLs.properties has an attribute: remote.config.service.url 

Example: remote.config.service.url = https://localhost.example.com:8443/wcc-configuration/cfmremote

• Ensure that is the correct host and port number and that WCC services are functional
• Re-run the command again
