NAT7055 error prevents starting Endevor Natural Integration server

Issue/Introduction
When trying to start the EINE servers we get NAT7055 indicating that the product is not licensed to run on the CPU. We cannot determine where the CPU is specified. This is very critical for DR system so that client will proceed to test etc.
NAT7055: CPU-ID :1: is not defined in your product license.
Text: CPU-ID ### is not defined in your product license.
Explanation: The serial number ### of your CPU is not defined in your product license.
Action: Please contact Software AG and request a valid license file for your CPUs.
Resolution
The EINE Servers invoke a batch Natural nucleus in the Server address space to perform the Natural activity and execute Natural utilities. The serial number of the CPU that the EINE Server is being executed on is not defined in the Natural product license file.
Contact Software AG with the serial number of the CPU receiving the error and get a new Natural product license file. The jobs that assemble/link the nucleus will need to be run using the new file.
