How to unload Workload Automation System Agent 24.1 to installer in WLA Agent Manager

Issue/Introduction

We want to use the upgrade tab to upgrade Workload Automation System Agent to 24.1 on the Linux server. 
It failed to add setup.bin file on the Add Installer tab on WLA Agent Manager

Error: org.apache.tomcat.util.http.fileupload.impl.SizeLimit.ExceededException: the request was rejected because its size (390303334) exceeds the configuration maximum (314572800) 

Environment

Error received on WLA Agent Manager v1.0.02

Resolution

Upgrade to WLA Agent Manager 1.0.04 or higher     (This issue is corrected in version 1.0.04 and higher) 

or 

Specify the following in your WAMPROP member:

spring.servlet.multipart.max-file-size=1GB
spring.servlet.multipart.max-request-size=1GB
