Forecast Simulate with exception not taking into account Exceptions

Issue/Introduction

The Workload Forecast "Simulate with Exceptions" does not take into accounts the Exceptions (Skip, Jump, Hold) or the Outages.

The documentation states:
Simulate with exceptions
Runs a forecast taking into account all exceptions as defined in Production Mode > Operations Settings.

Nevertheless, none of them seem to be considered.

Expected behavior: exceptions should be taken into account in workload forecast - simulate with exceptions
Actual behavior: exceptions are not considered

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Additional Information

Public Title: Forecast - Simulate with exception not taking into account Exceptions

Public Description: Forecast simulate with exceptions code was not correct and even implementations were missing for some exception types. Implemented code changes to address the gap.

Please note that Outages are not considered either at the moment by the product and this will be subject to a Request for Enhancement.
