User U0200 abend in backup/archive job after PTF RO78009

Issue/Introduction

Introduction:
 
After PTF RO78009 was implemented for support of EMC DLm VTEs, then this error message is displayed in failing jobs:
 
ADSTH944 4587 CARTRIDGE SIZE ( 20GB) DOES NOT MATCH SYSPARM DLMVSIZ1, DLMVSIZ2, DLMVSIZ3 OR DLMVSIZ4
 
After adding this entry in Sysparms: DLMVSIZ100020, then job fails with these messages:
 
ADSDM175 2455 INVALID SYSPARM (DLMVSIZ1) IN SYSPARMS MEMBER OR ON SYSPARMS DD
ADSDM175 2455 SYSPARM IS NO LONGER VALID. REMOVE THE INVALID SYSPARM
  
 
Instructions:
 
This problem is caused because after PTF RO78009 was applied, the SMPE Parmlib was not copied over into the running CCUWPARM. 

Specifically, the PARMEDIT member needs to be copied into the running Parmlib.
