Issue/Introduction
The new VIP administrator welcome email contains the message:
"To access your account and begin using VIP Manager, sign into your account using the URL and instructions provided by your administrator. If you have questions or need assistance, contact your administrator..."
Cause
Direct sign-in is disabled for this VIP administrator either at the global policy level or in the VIP administrator group. SSO is required to access VIP Manager.
Resolution
The VIP administrator should log into VIP Manager through the required VIP Manager single sign-on (SSO) URL (i.e. Manager IdP via the VIP Enterprise Gateway or a third-party IdP) to complete the enrollment.
