Updating vCenter server Address for NSX cloud on Avi Load Balancer

Issue/Introduction

• When trying to update the vCenter server IP on NSX cloud, below error is seen: 

  "Cannot change immutable field: vcenter_url"

• The error persists on both UI and CLI. 

Environment

Avi Load Balancer 

NSXT cloud

Cause

Currently, changing the vCenter URL is not supported for NSXT cloud on Avi Load balancer. 

Resolution

Before we change the VCenter IP address, please make sure:

1.  The underlying datacenter is same.
2. All the transport nodes in NSX point to the new vCenter IP address.
