Issue/Introduction

VCF Installer hangs at "Monitor VCF Management Services Deployment Task" 

The bootstrap-vm is deployed in vCenter.

The following error is observed in the VMSP bootstrap_task_setup.log

/data/vmsp/scripts/vars.local.sh: line 3: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1

Cause

The [email protected] password has a " (double quote) character. 

Resolution

1. Update the [email protected] in the SDDC manager

2. Update the [email protected] password  in the deployment spec on the VCF installer using KB, "Retry VCF 9.0 Installer workflow by modifying the deployment workflow JSON SPEC file"

3. Retry the task from SDDC manager or the VCF Installer.
