Symantec Identity Portal - Timeline detail on approval Tasks module is incorrect

Issue/Introduction

In the Identity Portal task module, the timeline cumulates the rejection done on the first approval (first event) and the timeline from the second event to approve or reject.

 

Environment

VAPP 14.5 SP1 CHF2

Cause

A bug in the Identity Portal Tasks module logic causes the timeline to incorrectly aggregate or display status details from multiple workflow events when one event is acted upon (e.g., rejected).

Resolution

The timeline in the Identity Portal Tasks module should accurately display only relevant event statuses without accumulating data from previously completed/rejected actions within the same task.

The Engineering Team provided an Hotfix, which is tested and validated successfully.
