vGPU Profile delete option greyed out in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

The option to delete the target vGPU Profile is either unavailable or displayed as greyed out, preventing administrators from performing standard deletion operations from the UI.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

Stale database constraints or internal schema locking parameters prevent the VMware Cloud Director interface from exposing the deletion option for the vGPU Profile record.

Resolution

To resolve this issue database modifications are required and this activity will require assistance from Broadcom Technical Support.

To proceed further, the target vGPU Profile record must be removed manually from the VMware Cloud Director database, please contact Technical Support and reference Knowledge Article ID 441852 in the problem description.
