DX O2 on-premises the alerts created from OIConnector(APM) are not visible on the alarm console.

Issue/Introduction

We have implemented DX O2 at version 26.1 on-premises.
And we are using the OI connector to send the metrics into O2 from legacy APM where this process is working well, we can see the metrics.
We have also imported the Management Module from APM into DX O2 and we can see all the content imported (alerts, metric groups etc...)
 
Our problem is none of the alerts under that module are visible on the alarm console even when we create a new one based on the metrics from the Module.
 
We have run a test with a UMA agent to monitoring the K8s cluster and under that module the alerts are visible on the console.
 
The OI connector is running on APM 10.8 SP2.

Resolution

By using the OI Connector from 10.8 into 26.1 it is bypassing the APM backend and going into O2.  You still see the metrics but the Alerts are not registering.  In this case you would configure the Platform Alarms.  In O2 on the left side menu it is Alarms -> All Alarms.
