Getting 'Moving tasks between investments is not allowed.' warning when going to Task timeline view.

Issue/Introduction

When users attempting to navigate to one of their largest projects with many task they often see popup message "Moving tasks between investments is not allowed." without them doing anything when in the Task Timeline view.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to MUX->Projects.
2. Filter for one of the project with many tasks.
3. Go to Tasks Tab and observe as Tasks getting loaded popup message "Moving tasks between investments is not allowed." will appear multiple times.

Expected Results: It should load Tasks without any warning messages.

Actual Results: It is throwing warning message every time user navigates to Task Timeline.

Clarity 16.4.0, 16.4.1, 16.4.2

Cause

The issue is caused by having the exact same external dependency showing up in the first 25 records and another in the 2nd page of data.
