vCenter precheck error - vCenter RDU checks

Issue/Introduction

• An upgrade of a VCF environment from 9.0.1.0 to 9.1.0.0 is underway
• The perquisite component upgrades to 9.1.0.0 have been done, vCenter is the next component to be upgraded
• The prechecks being run on the vCenter return an error - 

vCenter RDU checks
Resource Name - vcenter_fqdn
Description - Validates vCenter reduced downtime upgrade(RDU). It does dry run of the upgrade to guarantee that upgrade will be successful.
Impact: High
Result - Failed to download package-pool/rpm-manifest.json from https://vcenter_fqdn/vmware/vcf/bundle/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/update_repo.
Remediation - Ensure the provided repository is accessible from the vCenter Server Appliance and that the repository contains https://vcenter_fqdn/vmware/vcf/bundle/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/update_repo/package-pool/rpm-manifest.json.

Environment

VCF 9.1

Cause

The update repo path had not been set in the vCenter VAMI > Update > SETTINGS.

The Repository Settings URL was set to "Default".

Resolution

Reconfigure the vCenter VAMI > Update > SETTINGS - Repository Settings URL to "Specified" using the update repo path from the error - 

https://vcenter_fqdn/vmware/vcf/bundle/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/update_repo

Once this has been done, rerun the prechecks, the longer is expected to no longer appear.
