Issue/Introduction

The WCC is not able to get the STDOUT and STDERR and gets error or the file (spool) output appears to be garbled or encrypted.

Environment

Workload Automation Agent 12.x or above

Cause

Third party encryption program such as eCryptFS are encrypting spool directory.  These program will prevent other programs like WA Agent from reading the files.

Resolution

Consult third party vendor on how to allow Workload Automation agent from reading the files.
