Customize Email Notifications Sent from Service Catalog

Issue/Introduction

Service Catalog forms were modified to bold some titles via Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Customer wants the same tiles bolded in the email notifications sent from Service Catalog.

Is this possible?

Environment

CA Service Catalog 17.x

Resolution

This is a field set form attribute which does not have options to change the format.

So even though we can change the formatting on the form, we cannot control the formatting of the email sent from Service Catalog.
